He should have told us the meaning of El Nino, because the meaning was not captured properly. What is happening today is the normal rainfall pattern being followed, going by the meteorological department. The intensity of rain distribution and reliability is what will make us understand that there is El Nino, which has not started. There are some areas which have not received rains. What is going to happen with those counties which have received money and there is no El Nino?"
