    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the clarification I would like to seek from the Senate Deputy Majority Leader is whether the coordinating team is working with the counties. We have seen in the media many counties allocating huge amounts of money. For example, one county has set aside Kshs300 million. Is there a mechanism of ensuring that there is proper coordination so that we do not have certain officials within the county and national Government misusing this money instead of ensuring that our people are helped with the challenges that they face?"
