    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, my point of order is that my two colleagues who are very senior lawyers in this country, are misleading this Senate and the nation by saying that the President has no role in bringing Bills to this House. Bills originate from the Executive, then they are brought here for discussion. Apart from private Members’ Bills, what other Bills do we discuss here? In the Constitution, the President is given the power of assent. Why are they misleading us?"
