Over the weekend if you are traveling to Olepolos and pass through Ongata Rongai and Kiserian, the traffic is too much simply because of poor planning. However, I believe that if we plan and do proper consultancy, we can decongest our towns. I, therefore, take this opportunity to congratulate Sen. Kittony and encourage her to go beyond this and come up with a Bill. We shall support her and put all the ideas that she has together, so that we achieve our objectives. Madam Temporary Speaker, if we do that, we shall be in line with Vision 2030. If we quantify the losses that we incur from traffic jams, you will be shocked at the amount of money that we lose as fuel, hours and accidents. You can equate the loss of billions of shillings that can be used to come up with major infrastructure which can be used by motorists. I beg to support this Motion."
