    "content": "This Bill provides for health impact assessment. The other day in the newspapers, we read about Wajir County where so many people in the same locations were dying of cancer. Why would this happen within a certain location in this country? The Committee is aware of the fact that a lot of money is invested in infrastructure development in this country, but we are not putting as much money to have impact assessment. So, within this Bill, we have suggested the inclusion of health impact assessment so that we are sure that any negative impact as a result of any infrastructure development is taken care of."
