    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support this very important Bill. The Constitution is clear about citizen’s right to health. This Article has been referred to by all those who have spoken ahead of me. Since it is in the Constitution, I would also like to start my contribution from there. Article 43(1)(a) of the Constitution provides that every citizen has a right to the highest level of healthcare available.
