"content": "We have also observed certain happenings in the health sector that have been of concern to us. We know what happened to children in Busia sometime back and also what happened to the children who were born in a hospital in Kangundo. I know that investigations are going on but some of these point to lack of capacity, proper professional commitment and perhaps supervision. With a Bill like this that provides for an authority that is supposed to regulate various professional bodies, maybe, that will improve.
