    "content": "The mismanagement of healthcare in Kenya is not just a preserve of the county governments. The national Government is in the game too and it has turned everything upside down. In nations where healthcare is fairly advanced, they lease high-end equipment and buy low-end equipment. In our situation, we have turned it over its head and we are leasing low-end equipment and buying high-end equipment - which forms part of mismanagement of healthcare."
