    "content": "I am also happy with Section 8 of this Bill that speaks to access to health information. Many times, you can go through the health system, particularly in our villages. Somebody can be treated from the beginning to the end and given prescription without them even knowing what they are suffering from. Some things will be scribbled. You will be told to go for a test and come back. Then you are told go and buy some drugs. At the end of the day, you will not have a proper understanding of what your illness is. This is a very important part of this Bill. It ensures that you are given information regarding your own health. It would be important to have that information when you want to seek a second opinion."
