"content": "As regards to consent, I see that in the Bill it is required that parents and guardians give consent for research. However, consent should also be provided for mature minors. You realise that there are some mature minors who will not consult their parents. So, they will not be free enough to tell their parents some issues. So, the issue of consent for mature minors is also important."
