    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, this debate is supposed to help the Kenyan women and men at the same time. I have informed the House that I am fully aware that those pills cause mood swings in women and my wife got those mood swings and we do not use those contraceptives any more. We plan our family without necessarily using those contraceptives. That is the long and short of it. I want to tell the Kenyan women that if they have those pills and they are not on prescription, they should throw them away and get babies if they may."
