    "content": " Order, Senators! I thank Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale for breaking the ice and giving us something to do. You know that we were starting at 3.00 p.m. but our team was not ready. They are now ready but still on their way to the Chamber. I know that is the only business that we have, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale. So, we cannot just do any other thing apart from that one. It is truly unprecedented but I guess you must also appreciate that when this matter was brought to the House, there was a divided opinion as to whether the sitting should be held on Saturday or Friday. The Saturday sitting was guided by the Committee in terms of their working. Since we are the ones who wanted Friday, it becomes inevitable. So, with a bit of patience, I think they should be here in the next 15 minutes."
