The answer given then by the Assistant Minister indicated that the authenticity of a particular document is what was under inquiry. This was in June, 2010. It is now March, 2011. How much time does it take to verify the authenticity of a document? The officer is there and all you need to do is to go to him and find out whether he authored that document. I still insist that we should send this matter to the relevant Departmental Committee."
