    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I am on a very serious point of order. When the Senate sits on impeachment proceedings, it does so like a court. These are quasi-judicial proceedings. We vote like judges in court. Each of us will be making a judgement. The challenges I see today is because we have not had the opportunity to read the report. I do not know on what basis we will exercise the crucial vote on this matter."
