    "content": "I know that once the Committee makes a finding that the charges have not been substantiated, that closes the matter. But we would like to know the basis on which the Committee came to that kind of conclusion. I am pleading with you not to rush the Chairman, so that he can give us the basis on which the Committee arrived at the conclusion, which the Members are trying to pressurize him to come to. We will then know whether the Committee really looked at this matter in the depth and the seriousness with which we sent them to look at it. I know it is late in the night, but let us give the Chairman time, so that we can have a proper basis on which this decision can be made."
