We are balancing the demand for information that led to particular findings vis-à-vis the procedure of creating proceedings where there could be none. Ordinarily, we would have taken a rest for a defined period of time and come back for the Chair to read the summary. But we wanted a middle ground where the Chair can tell us what the charges and findings were. Chair, you could have helped the House if you were specific. We could have concluded this matter without allowing many interventions. Hon. Members, let us be patient and allow the Chair to finish."
