    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I now read the final paragraph in view of the contention. The findings of the Committee are as follows; - The Committee, having investigated the matter, in accordance with its mandate, under Section 33(4) of the County Governments Act and Standing Order No.68 (2) of the Senate, reports to the Senates that although the Governor breached some provisions of the Constitution and the law, the particulars of the allegations against the Governor were, in terms of the Standing Order No.68(2)(b), found not to be substantiated. Therefore, the Committee did not recommend the impeachment of the Governor of Murang’a County."
