So, my contribution to this is that other than Uasin Gishu County, we must invite the CEC members in charge of health in other counties. We are aware that the Committee on Finance, Commerce and Budget is investigating Kisumu County on the allocations to Jaramogi Odinga Hospital. I hope in your directions, we can do this as quickly as possible. I am aware that, in fact, the unions and many other organizations concerned with healthcare are, in fact, considering that this function ought to go back to the national Government. That will be one of the failures of this Senate."
