    "content": " Hon. Senators, pursuant to Standing Order No.227 (1) this Petition stands committed to the relevant Standing Committee on Health. I noted a number of issues raised in the Petition fall under the mandate of the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare and; given our growing tradition of considering such matters, I direct that the two committees consider the Petition jointly, with the Standing Committee of health taking the lead. In terms of studying Standing Order No.227 (2):- “The Committees will be required in not more than 60 days from the time of reading this prayer, to respond to the petition by way of a report addressed to the petitioner and laid on the Table of this Senate”."
