    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in my capacity as a Member of the Pan-African Parliament and as the leader of the Kenyan delegation to the Pan-African Parliament, I would like to welcome the delegation from Mozambique and tell them that they are welcome. This is your sister Parliament and House. As a team from Kenya, we enjoy good interaction with your team and leadership in the Pan-African Parliament. I believe the African integration will be achieved if the legislators and the people integrate more than just looking at the executive meeting in short meetings. We are very happy to have you here.
