    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my take on this issue is that Kenyans have a right to bring every petition they want to bring here. It is only under the advice of the Committee of the House on how to proceed with certain issues. I encourage the Committee to look at the Petition. If it happens that those issues should be thrashed out by Vihiga County Assembly and the KRA officers, then they should, as Sen.
