    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to congratulate the county assembly for bringing the issue to the attention of this House because it might look obvious but it is not. Maybe this thing could be going on in other counties. It is good if it is handled at the Senate level so that whatever the outcome of the Petition, it will be of use across the country. Once we receive this kind of petition, we have to always give it due attention instead of just dismissing it at face value."
