    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am happy that this afternoon, we have been dealing with the Partnership Bill. We are also in the process of dealing with the Companies Bill to ensure that we make it possible for young people to do business through simplified forms of incorporation of companies and registration of limited liability firms; there is to be recognition of the youth of this country in our procurement laws in addition to the recognition in our Constitution. We are bringing them on the table through this proposed amendment and allow them to be able to access public procurement."
