Suddenly, there was a scream from the MCH clinic that children had stopped breathing. In the confusion, I did not know what was going on, but the first thing I did was to put the children on oxygen and asked the nurse: “Could you give me the vial that you gave these children?” I wanted to look at the expiry dates only to discover that she had given the children an anesthetic drug and so, the children had been paralyzed, ready for operation.
