Kipchumba Murkomen.” The UNICEF and WHO have recognized him and it is time we appreciated the usage of the vaccines that are produced by WHO and procured by UNICEF. They have proved to be safe and effective. The UNICEF has done its bit. It is time that the President of this country together with the Committee that recognizes heroes awarded Sen. Kipchumba with the Order of the Golden Warrior (OGW) because of the good work he has done. I believe that all of you concur with me---"
