Sofia Abdi Noor for her interest in this programme, which has caused my Ministry to go to the field to even photograph all the nurseries and ensure that the youths who were involved were photographed in their respective areas of work. We have also managed to obtain authorization by the leaders of the youth groups who either signed for the youths or were involved in the preparations. We did that in order to authenticate the expenditure."
