Senators, this is a Message from the National Assembly on the approval of the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) (No.2) Bill, National Assembly Bill No.26 of 2013. Hon. Senators, I wish to report to the Senate that on 29th October, 2015, and pursuant to Standing Order No.40(3) and (5), I received the following Message from the Speaker of the National Assembly regarding the approval, by the Assembly, of the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) (No.2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.26 of 2013). I quote:- PURSUANT to the provisions of Standing Order Nos.41 and 142 of the National Assembly Standing Orders, I hereby convey the following Message from the National Assembly. WHEREAS the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) (No.2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.26 of 2013) was published in the Kenya Gazette Supplement No.115 of 6th August, 2013, as a Bill to amend Article 204 of the Constitution regarding the disbursement of the Equalisation Fund. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
