    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have built my clarification and asked one question. I want to seek a second clarification on this very important project. Since the road is not motorable and tractors carrying cane cannot move, could the Government mobilize even a mere Kshs5 million, so that the diversions that had been created are cleared for traffic to move, especially during the heavy rains? Finally, the Kisumu-Kakamega-Webuye-Kitale road was a World Bank project and the contractors on the sections between Kisumu and Kakamega, and Webuye and Kitale have done a fantastic job. Could the Chairperson confirm that they are going to pick these tested international contractors to undertake works on this road, so that it can be cleared forthwith?"
