Right now, county headquarters are being constructed and we need to find out how they will be connected digitally. We have schools that are sitting examinations in ICT, and they need to be connected. This project has been going on for too long, and the Assistant Minister cannot say he is waiting for the 2.5 GHz from the military in order to roll out the broadband.
