The point I want to argue or present to the Chair and the House is in relation to the next orders which require going to Committee of the Whole. I respectfully submit that you allow us, me and like- minded colleagues, to raise an important constitutional and Standing Order point before we retreat into the Committee of the Whole, so that eventually your ruling will determine the direction in which we will determine the next two Orders.
