"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do appreciate the fact that Eng. Rege was the Permanent Secretary in this Ministry and he is very well versed with what happens in the Ministry. I think he has put across two questions. The reason why he is asking this Question is to make us accelerate the process. I want to inform him that we do not do these projects in isolation as the Ministry of Information and Communications. There are procedures to be followed. We need to get funding from Treasury and get clearance from the National Environmental Management Authority (NEMA) in order for us to roll out some of these projects. Therefore, I want to assure the hon. Member that we are ready and once we are given funds by Treasury, we will roll out or hit the ground running. So, we will implement these projects in the course of the next one year as I have promised."
