Last week you directed that Orders No. 8 and 9 be dealt with in succession without ending one and going back to the other. My request to the Chair is that when you call for the next Order and they are called out, you do not then leave the Chair but hear our argument first, so that you determine the mode and manner in which the vote will be conducted in these two Orders."
