Wetangula), it is unfair to this House to take precious legislative and House time on a point of order for 20 minutes. This is not a Motion. In my view, I find it a bit patronizing because it is simply a point of order. It is a procedural issue to canvass matters in a few minutes. I find it a bit in appropriate."
