As to his second question as to who owns the remaining 80 per cent of the shares, I said that the Government owns 20 per cent, Safaricom owns 22 per cent, Telkom Kenya owns 22 per cent, Essa Communications owns 10 per cent and the other small shareholders like Access Kenya and Jamii own about 20 per cent. There is 5 per cent that is yet to be allocated. This is free."
