While the HANSARD bears the Senate Minority Leader’s words exactly what he asked you to rule on, it is very clear that the question on the table this afternoon that you were asked to rule on is; can one side of this House walk out and leave the other side to pretend to continue with business? I want to urge that we look at the HANSARD as you make your ruling because that is the question that is on the table."
