    "content": "With that, the import is: If we leave the Motion as it is, the emphasis will be on training of medical people without saying exactly what they are being trained on. However, with this amendment, we are sure that medical people are being trained on how they can provide emergency care. With that, the Motion will, therefore, read:- “...this House resolves that the Government immediately develops and implements a national curriculum for training of all medical personnel in the country on emergency medical care.”"
