"content": "So, a Member said earlier this morning that he is going to bring an amendment to this Motion to ask the Government to seek social health fund to enable victims of emergencies and road accidents get treatment. This will ensure that hospitals do not deny this person treatment. We have a recent case of Alex Madaga who died because he was kept moving from one hospital to the other and what the hospitals were doing was to demand for money before they could admit him. This is something that the Government can get involved in. When it comes to the Third Reading, Hon. (Ms.) Musyoka, we should come up with amendments. In fact, this Motion is so real and basic that we do not have to go anywhere because what we are talking about happens every day."
