    "content": "“...that the Government develops and implements a national curriculum for training of all medical personnel in the country on emergency medical care.” I support this Motion. The goal of the emergency medical service is to provide treatment to those in need of urgent medical care with the goal of satisfactorily treating the present conditions or arranging for timely removal of the patient to the next point of definitive care. The term “emergency medical service” reflects a change from a simple system of ambulances providing transport only to a system in which preliminary medical care is given on a scene and during transport. I, therefore, support this Motion."
