    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The last time I defended a journalist who had been arrested was Bramwel Njururi. Criminal libel has been declared unconstitutional in this Republic. My concern – even when the Chair is asking the question – is the inviolability of this House. I thought that it would be much better if you as the leader of this institution would issue a direction because the CS only singled out two people he would not arrest; his boss and his deputy. That means, Mr. Speaker, myself and everybody else here is under siege or threat of being arrested for making a statement. So, a lot of us are not afraid of being arrested, but it would be much better for this country to know that Parliament where we operate is not a place where the CS can wag a finger in protest and all of us fear that we will be arrested and taken to CID or people would be waiting for us outside the gate.
