    "content": " Hon. Senators, before I ask the Chairperson to respond, there were a number of points of order that were addressed to me, which must be disposed of. Sen. Murkomen raised the issue of the written statement and Sen. Keter raised the issue of 1.00 p.m. I want to agree with them. Members suggested that it was trivial. Sen. Keter, in particular, read from our Standing Orders that guide us, and that must be appreciated.
