(Prof.) Kindiki): Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise on Standing Order No.54(3) because of the Order which has just been read, listed as Order No.8 on the Order paper as well as Order No.9 on the two memoranda on the two Bills. My understanding is that there will be need for voting. Given what you have just ruled, we do not have the numbers to vote. I ask if the Chair can defer until we get that threshold. If we can exercise our gentleman’s agreement that you have upheld, at this particular time for those two Orders, we would appreciate."
