"content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 5 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1), by inserting the words “in a public education centre” immediately after the words “childhood education.” Madam Temporary Chairperson, the purpose of this amendment is to clarify that every child has the right to free and compulsory early childhood education in public education centres."
