    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 35 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (c)- (ca) academic progress assessment reports in relation to each child who is registered in the education centre; (cb) a record of the immunizations administered with respect to each child who is registered in the education centre; Madam Temporary Chairperson, this amendment seeks to expand the record keeping requirements imposed on an early childhood education centre by requiring the centre to keep a record of academic progress reports of the children enrolled in the centre and a record of immunization administered."
