    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, on behalf of the Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 43 of the Bill be amended by deleting the words “A public” appearing immediately before the words “education centre” and substituting therefor the word “An”. Madam Temporary Chairperson, this amendment seeks to proscribe the administering of admission examinations by all early childhood education centres."
