    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, on behalf of the Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 45 of the Bill be amended- (a) in sub clause (2) by deleting the words “subject to subsection (3)” appearing immediately after the words “centre shall”; and (b) by deleting sub-clause (3). Madam Temporary Chairperson, this amendment seeks to unconditionally prohibit the expulsion of a child from an early childhood education centre."
