    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 56 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (1)- (1A) An education centre shall submit the application made under subsection (1) together with a certificate from the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development containing a statement that the foreign curriculum adheres to the set curriculum for early childhood education. Madam Temporary Chairperson, this amendment seeks to provide that an application to offer foreign curriculum in an Early Childhood Education Centre should be accompanied by a certificate issued by the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development indicating that the foreign curriculum adheres to the set curriculum."
