    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, the First Schedule to the Bill be amended in item 2 by deleting the word “fifteen” appearing immediately after the words “not more than” and substituting therefor the word “forty.” This amendment seeks to provide one of the requirements of suitable premises; that a classroom in an Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) centre shall not hold more than 40 children."
