    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the definition of the term “early childhood education ”by inserting the words “pre-primary” immediately after the words “education means the”; (b) by deleting the definition of the term early childhood education recruitment committee; (c) by inserting the following new definitions immediately after the definition of the word “sponsor”- “teacher” means a person registered as a teacher by the Teachers Service Commission; “Teachers Service Commission” means the Teachers Service Commission established under Article 237(1) of the Constitution; This amendment seeks to define certain terms as used in the Bill."
