    "content": "This is very important because when somebody tried to say that the media needed the permission of Committee Chairs to cover some proceedings of Committees, you made a ruling. I do not think it can be criminal one way, after you pronounced that we need not be making laws that offend freedom of speech and freedom of the media. We have compiled. If my friend, Maj- Gen.
