    "content": "Yes, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. I would like to support the Committee’s amendments. The figures that were initially in the Bill were too low. Considering the fact that this Parliament discussed the Small Claims Courts Bill, we now have to take these figures of Kshs10 million to Kshs15 million to the Magistrates’ Courts. Most stations in this country are manned by Resident Magistrates’ Courts. We require these good figures in terms of pecuniary jurisdiction so that parties can easily access justice. I support."
